The Acer C720 may be thought of by some as a budget laptop, however this is far from the case. While the C720 Chromebook isn't a computing workhorse that can run the type of resource-intensive software that a user needs a Windows or Mac computer for, it features a next-generation solid state hard drive that are normally only found in laptops costing three times the price. If you haven't used a computer with a solid state hard drive before, you are really missing out as it literally cuts boot up time down to nothing. One second your Chrombook is completely turned off and then, just a few seconds later, it's fully booted up and ready for use.
